In order to better serve our patients we are currently in network with Blue Cross and Blue Shield, DenteMax, Cigna, Delta Dental, MetLife, Principal, United Healthcare and GEHA Dental Connection.
For patients participating in the above-mentioned networks or out-of-network plans, our practice manager can provide estimates of coinsurance amounts upon request. Following your initial visit, you may also ask that a pre-treatment estimate request be sent to your insurance company for any proposed treatment. A response from your insurance company usually takes anywhere from one to three weeks. For most services, we ask that the patient pay the estimated coinsurance amount at the time of treatment. We will then bill your insurance company. Any balance remaining once the insurer has processed a claim will be the responsibility of the patient.
Our office accepts cash, checks and all major credit cards. For patients requiring payment arrangements, we offer the “CareCredit” program. This program allows a patient to make payments over a specified amount of time. Patients can apply over the phone, internet or by mail.
